Chimney Sweeps: Richmond, VA"We needed to tighten up our roof safety regimen and reached out to Ronny for a couple of days of on-site instruction. I can't see how his visit could have gone any better! This guy drove out to our jobs and without altering our production or our schedule was able to give my techs high level hands on real time instruction far better than anything I could have done. His technique is insanely good and practical. He practices what he preaches everyday in his own successful business. That makes a big difference! He's my insurance company's favorite. We are definitely scheduling a follow up visit.

"For the past 2-3 years, I've been diligently looking for a solution to safely and comfortably work on steep roofs, especially dormers and gable vent areas, with fall protection from the ground up. Thanks to Ronny's roofing experience and safety as priority 1, in just a few short days I was working on steep roofs safely and comfortably for the 1st time. There is no doubt in my mind that its a win-win for me and my customers. I cannot say thank you enough for changing my work practices and increasing my competence at the same time!" Jason T.
Roofing Company: SeattleWe service 3,000 roofs each year, and safety is our top priority. SLATOR's personal training with 3 of our team leaders equipped them with the techniques, tools and confidence to quickly establish fall protection - before stepping off the ground. If your team's safety is a priority, then SLATOR's "real world" training is essential.

Google Earth Live Class for the fine Chimney Professionals of MAHPBA. Participants learned how we utilize GoogleEarth and photo editing apps daily to plan our safe access for job sites. Participants would give a Jobsite address and we solved access problems "live". Solving problems is the best way to learn.

Roofing Company: Norfolk, VARonny did a comprehensive safety training for our whole company. With more than 20 years of personal roofing experience, and the feedback from our team, I can say his training was amazing, truly excellent! Ronny is continuously improving the safety program that he has developed and instituted in his own roofing company, and conducted for us this same safety program he teaches at home. His hands-on and classroom training is the most practical I've seen (full of real world experiences and examples). In addition to being the best safety trainer, he is also and inventor. And just like his training, his safety products like the V-1 & V-5 anchors and the Slator are high quality and dependable.

22 Minute Training Scenario:
There's an object lodged in the gutter (40' above ground). The only access is from the roof. What is the safest, easiet, quickest way to retrieve the object? |
I’ve paid thousands of dollars to have trainers come to my shop and present safety topics to my roofers. Fall protection is the most important and they all did a fine job. But two hours of Ronny’s show and tell presentation style taught me more than the last three OSHA certified trainers taught me. He uses photos from his own job sites to teach practical application of OSHA fall protection standards for steep slope roofing. I haven’t come across a more thorough presentation of as much useful information until I met Ronny.

“I recently had the pleasure of hearing Ronny Roseveare speak at a lunch seminar hosted by the Virginia Association of Roofing Professionals. Ronny’s presentation was exciting and engaging from start to finish, as he had the full attention and participation of all those in attendance. What struck me most about Ronny was not necessarily the unique methods his team uses to create safe job sites, but rather his ability to find solutions to the employee culture factors that many contractors face when trying maintain or refocus their own commitment to general day to day roofing safety. His attitude towards safety is contagious, and its clear he has provided that same mentality and philosophy to his staff in a way that safe work practices become good daily habits and not inconveniences to cut corners around. His infusion of positive attitudes towards safety into his business culture is something we should all learn from. I look forward to hearing Ronny speak again in the future, and I know VARP will be interested in inviting him back for more educational programs.”
Thank you Ronny, we really enjoyed hearing from you yesterday.

“Ronny Roseveare presented ‘Building Your Team with a Roof Safety Level Program’ for VARP in Richmond yesterday and I wish every roofing contractor was there to hear what he had to say. His message and information about safety is so important. Ronny showed and explained how being safe literally saves time, money, and lives and how employees care more when they know you care too. Ronny will be presenting at more VARP events in the future and I hope everyone in the roofing industry takes the time to attend or get in touch with Ronny for information.”
Thanks!
Heather
