SLATOR Roof Bracket

Workers use the SLATOR bracket to firmly hold a ladder on steep pitch roofs. A FAVORITE tool of slate repair workers since 2014, it's also gaining popularity for installing standing seam panels on steep roofs as you work your way across the roof installing each new panel.
Each SLATOR bracket comes with enough fasteners for 1 installation and a 5/16" hex driver bit.
The SLATOR conforms with OSHA 1926, 1910 requirements for fall protection when installed and used according to the instructions. It fastens to a steep slate, asphalt shingle or cedar shake roof and firmly clamps a ladder into position, allowing tradesman easier and safer access to perform their work. V-5 Permanent Roof Anchor
Simple, discreet, totally inspectable fall protection anchor point.
Mount Vernon (George Washington's copper roof shown).
3/8" stainless steel anchor system bolts through and around the roof rafter.
No risky "buried" hidden fasteners.
3/8" grade 8 bolts and hardware.
Ideal for use with standard roof sheathing and up to 1/4" thick slate, cedar shake and asphalt shingle roofs.
The standard V-5 is NOT suitable for use with horizontal lifeline systems (Our V-18 and V-24 permanent ridge anchors are suitable for use with engineered horizontal lifeline systems).
Easy to inspect from the attic prior to use.
Do not use if the anchor has been deformed, the rafter is damaged or if the bolts have loosened.

Our copper and bronze flashing system is sold separately.
The V-5 anchor is in conformance with OSHA 1926 and OSHA 1910 for a single person tie-off in the plane of the anchor (parallel to the rafter) when the installation instructions are followed.
Copper/Bronze Flashing System
Shown - our standard copper flashing plate (11.75" wide x 17.75" long) with our durable cast bronze base soldered in place. Includes sand cast bronze cap with copper, bronze and brass hardware. Scroll down and view the cap installation video. The dark bronze cap is standard and has a built-in weep notch on the lower end. The copper flashing plate may be requested in custom sizes.

V-1 Reusable Temporary Anchor (sold in groups of 2)
If you want to know how good a product is, closely examine what's it's made from, how it's made, how it's installed, and what the PRO's think.
Our V-1 anchor is made in America (ISO 9001:2015 facility). The precisely formed, milled, and expertly TIG welded 7 gauge V-1 stainless steel anchor meets OSHA 1910 and 1926 requirements for one worker when installed through roof sheathing into a suitable roof rafter using (6) TimberLOK 4" hex-drive structural wood screws. As you will see in the video below, it installs simply and quickly with an impact driver.
Each order comes with 12 fasteners and a 5/16" hex drive. Additional fasteners are easily available at building supply retailers or buy a bucket of 250 fasteners online. Recommended for best use with Petzl's triact-locking Vulcan or Oxan carabiners (available for purchase through our custom packages or any Petzl product dealer).

BERMUDA STYLE V-18, V-24 ANCHOR BRACKET

Bermuda Style brackets are custom made for each order.
Plan for up to a 4 week lead time (although it's usually 2 weeks) to ship after we receive all necessary information.
Brackets allows the V-18 and V-24 anchor bars to be mounted to a suitable roof rafter. Holes are designed for 3/8" bolts (not provided). Anchor bar sold separately.
Anchor brackets are 7 gauge (3/16" thick) #304 stainless steel. Contact us for installation instructions for your specific scenario.

Our heavy duty hardened stainless steel jig ... so each member of your team (even the newbies!) will be making the same beautiful, easily repeatable curved eave details that will impress your clients.
The rear end of this jig has two points set 8mm apart to help measure and scribe the female portion after the male side has been cut.
The roof material shown in these photos is Roofinox (.019 stainless)
2" STAINLESS STEEL PLUMBING VENT STACK - SLATE ROOF
1/4" stainless steel base (cut the same size as your slate) fully welded to a 2" schedule 40 stainless steel through pipe.
Our system installs just like a piece of slate and requires zero flashing.
Simply connect the plumbing in the attic to the underside of this pipe with a 2" rubber fernco. These photos show (2) leaking vent stacks being removed and combined in the attic, then rerouted to the new stack on the rear of this home.
Finish: Sanded stainless steel unless you request powder coating for an additional charge.
