We believe if the gear is comfortable and practical, then our guys will enjoy using it, and therefore work more safely. Our "sister" roofing/remodeling business (Blue Glass, LLC), issues each "worker at heights" employee most of this gear on their first day of work. Then, instruction begins on how to wear, use, inspect and protect each piece of gear. Used properly, this gear will make their work easier and save their life when the need arises. By training them properly, there will rarely be a situation in which a life-saving scenario is created.
