Remote Consultation: We have years of experience performing technical roofing, designing roof anchor systems, performing roof anchor installations, and training people how to safely access and service challenging building locations.
Would you like help installing our anchors? No problem at all. It saves you a lot of time (and money) if you get your first anchor installed properly. We can help with that in person or sometimes remotely.
On-Site Training: Inspire your team to become the most professional and safe roof workers in the industry. Let us help you develop your own Company Safety Advisory Board. Employee team leaders naturally desire to be the best and are respected by the crews. Empower them with the knowledge and training to grow a fruitful company safety system organically from the bottom up, instead of unsustainable programs developed from the top down.

A good installation is done, safely, and properly ... the first time. We've installed hundreds of SLATOR brand permanent anchors on all types of construction projects from simple wood frame to steel girders to concrete domes and even 300+ year old historic properties. Scenario 1.
You get a phone call that someone has fallen and is severely hurt. Everyone was given a compliance in a "safety" bucket last year. The OSHA investigation reveals that (although wearing a harness) the worker was not attached to an anchor point when they fell. You are cited for: lack of proper fall protection, lack of documentation of training, and some additional violations during the investigation. After your attorney completes their work, your fines of $185,000 are reduced to $75,000. You have $15,000 in attorney fees and your worker's compensation rates go up (or perhaps your group drops you as a repeat offender). You lost one skilled employee at a client's business, morale is low, and your company reputation is tarnished.
Scenario 2.
You get a visit from an OSHA inspector. He has been observing your job site from a distance and has many photos of four employees on the roof working without fall protection. Nobody fell, and nobody got hurt. This is your first offense (known to OSHA) and although you have documentation of training, you are fined $56,000 and cited for the lack of fall protection. Your team has attended training but just did not implement it because: it slows them down, it was a walkable pitch roof, the gear is uncomfortable, they keep tripping over the ropes, etc ... If you have a roofing business, you know all the excuses because you have heard them before and they are valid points.
Scenario 3.
A team leader returns to office at the end of the day and tells you, "John had a close call today. He slipped on some loose granules getting back onto the ladder and fell. He's fine. His rope was fairly tight and he didn't go far. We got a ladder under him and he got on it himself and was back to work after 30 minutes. Let's have a company meeting tomorrow morning and John will tell us all what exactly happened. Then let's review the Jobsite Specific Fall Protection Plan with Rescue Plan, Daily Safety Checklist, and see if there is anything we could have done better."
