Description
The V-5S permanent anchor system consists of a massive anchor plate (3/8" - 1`/2" stn. stl.), backer plate, pressure plate, spacer plates, custom flashing and hardware. Custom ordered only. Lead time may be 60 days.
All roofs require maintenance. Our V-5S system is the perfect harmony of beauty and safety. Each anchor wraps completely around the rafter. The 3/8" - 1/2" stainless steel plate anchor has no welds, no moving parts and is completely inspectable from the attic side - eliminating the need and risks associated with (OSHA/ANSI required) annual rooftop anchor inspections. Each flashing plate system consists of a 20 ounce custom formed copper base and sand cast bronze cap. The flashing system may be customized to fit any tile profile. The low profile caps blend perfectly with the tile roofs, making this system the preferred choice for architects and historical buildings.
